On any given day this might mean consulting with managers around the business about their recruitment needs, learning about critical gaps within the business and planning how to fill them. Practical change management features heavily too and sometimes this means facilitating workshops and forums.

I am the Ireland Reward Manager for Glanbia focusing on the Total Reward offer for our 2,500 employees in Ireland and the potential future talent who will join us. I work very closely with the HRDs for our Irish based businesses looking to see how we can develop a competitive market offering to attract and retain the best talent. I joined Glanbia as a graduate back in 2011 and have been consistently challenged in my roles as I have progressed through the organisation from HR Associate to HRBP and then into the world of Reward.
