The Opportunity
The Amazon Account Executive will support the Amazon team to deliver the strategy for our European Amazon 3P business, ensuring our brands appear brilliantly online, comply with Amazon policies and are always available. This role sits in the European E-Commerce Centre of Excellence (COE), is based in London, and reports to the Head of Digital Commerce & Insights.
Responsibilities
Amazon Store Management
- Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product information, variation assortment, images and pricing.
- Manage seller rating scores across all markets to ensure customer satisfaction
Sales Performance & Growth Initiatives
- Prepare and report on Amazon EU sales to inform the business on channel performance
- Conduct post promotion analysis on key events, subscriptions and deals to establish success & effectiveness of promo types and inform the future strategy
- Cross collaboration with COE, European In-Market teams and Central Functions (Marketing, Brand, Supply etc) on key Amazon growth initiatives spanning across Portfolio, Price, Events, Innovation (Product & Tech) and Category Development.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Owning and leveraging data & analytics tools (Pacvue, Seller Central and Tableau) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insight to fuel growth and learning across Europe
- Track and report category market share performance and competitor activity on weekly basis
- Monitor product listing quality to quickly resolve issues that impact sales and search performance
Compliance and Policy Adherence
- Stay informed about Amazon policies and ensure compliance with all marketplace rules and regulations
- Respond to suppressed product issues by raising a case with Amazon to provide required documentation
- Work with internal regulatory & compliance team to prepare and provide documents as required
- Resolve any chargeback issues arising from trading with Amazon
The Skills you will bring to the team
- 1+ year working with Amazon in an account executive capacity or 2-3 years across eCommerce channels
- Knowledge of seller central to obtain key business information
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and decision making abilities in a fast paced environment
- Customer-centric with a clear focus on shoppers needs & behaviours
- Curious with the willingness to continually learn.
- Team player, self-starter, highly motivated and ambitious
