Overview
Tirlán is offering a unique opportunity for a graduate to join our Strategy Development Team as a Project Management Associate. This role will report to Head of Strategy Development.


Responsibilities
•    Work closely with the Strategy Execution Office team to oversee efficient delivery of approved projects and programmes.  
•    Work closely with sponsors, business Leads, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope. 
•    Provide guidance and assistance with drafting project charters, business cases and creating detailed project plans. 
•    Support the delivery of projects within scope, plan, quality, and budget. 
•    Provide project management leadership for assigned projects and business initiatives. 
•    Provide regular communication updates on the status of projects. 
•    Work with cross functional teams to successfully deliver projects. 
•    Provide support with the preparation of regular reports for the Project Steering Groups, Programme Management and HSE. 
•    Support quality assurance reviews and checks to monitor the quality of project deliverables, outputs and reporting. 
•    Assist with regular reporting on project performance including schedule, budget, and resource utilisation against agreed targets. 
•    Support SEO inputs and updates to Tirlán’s Performance Management processes, the 3M framework. 
•    Deliver training on specific aspects of Tirlán’s project lifecycle methods and standards. 


Requirements
•    Degree in or significant knowledge of Project Management standards and methods   
•    Industry qualifications such as CAPM, PMP or Prince2 a distinct advantage
•    Knowledge and experience of stakeholder management and change management
•    Strong collaboration and team-working skills
•    Good problem-solving skills
•    Strong communication skills including written, verbal and presentation
•    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and build relationships with stakeholders across the business
•    Strong MS Project and other related Office software skills a benefit
•    Some travel may be required, depending on business needs
•    Accessibility to move between offices is a distinct advantage
