Overview
Tirlán is offering a unique opportunity for a graduate to join our team as an Agribusiness Retail Branch Associate. This role will report to Area Retail Manager.
Responsibilities
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Being the customers’ champion by providing top quality, fast, efficient and friendly service at all times
• Build trusting relationships with our customers and providing excellent service and advice
• Developing a keen interest in and understanding of our product range and services
• Branch operations including stock management, merchandising, housekeeping, customer service
• Branch administration, including cash management, adherence to all regulatory compliance procedures and all internal retail processes
• Keeping the highest standards in both the yard and work environment by ensuring these are clean and well maintained at all times
• Supporting the wider team in special retail growth projects to develop your project management skills and gain broader exposure to the business.
Requirements
• High academic record to date in the following fields of study: Business Commerce or Agricultural Science or related discipline; and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree
• Solid technical knowledge and customer-facing/retail experience
• Ambition to progress successfully in a career in retail sales in an exciting, ever-changing and challenging environment
• Thinks commercially and delivers customer centric solutions
• Drives collaboration and builds partnerships to meet shared objectives
• Communicates clearly and can influence at all levels
• Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow
• Analytically minded with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change
