Job Summary

The Financial Analyst will play a support role in helping to drive the financial/operational performance of the GPN Product Supply Team. As a Financial Analyst at GPN supporting the Product Supply organization, your work will be used throughout the organization to drive improvements in cost, process improvements and understanding the company. This role will report to the Finance Supply Chain Manager and will perform complex finance operations tasks and monitor the day-to-day relationships between the Finance, Procurement Operations, and R&D teams to ensure financial goals are being met and in compliance with required policies and procedures.

Influencer Strategically Focused - The job’s core deliverables rely on influencing or negotiating with internal contacts. Relationships typically involve successful collaboration on routine matters and/or with peer level clients and/or internal customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

% of Time Spent

• Weekly procurement KPI analysis.

 

• Productivity/Value Engineering savings analysis for manufacturing,  procurement, R&D.

 

• Forecast and budget creation for Product Supply team OpEx and CapEx

 

• Monthly report creation and review including project savings (manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and R&D), purchasing, procurement performance

 

• Support Productivity Improvement teams.

 

• Continuously Improve the Finance Operations team.

 

• Ad Hoc requests as needed supporting report of:

 

  • Productivity
  • Inflation
  • General Procurement/Purchasing
  • R&D
