COP/Sanitation Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

Description

% of Time Spent

• Train, supervise and motivate Sanitation Leads and Sanitation Team Members

 20%

• Coordinate and monitor cleaning tasks schedules

 10%

• Audits the sanitarian employees’ paperwork that is turned in on a MSS (Master Sanitation Schedule) basis to verify compliance of SOP’s

 10%

• Writes SOP’s and implements training as necessary

   5%

• Responsible for immediately reporting all Food Safety and quality issues to your manager and  quality department

 15%

• Responsible for partnering with all departments; sharing knowledge, skills, and information  across functional areas

 10%

• Attend daily production meetings to monitor issues

 10%

• Training of sanitarians on preparation and use of sanitation cleaning chemical

 20%

  • Performing inspections of the manufacturing facility and reporting any irregularities
