QA Lab Supervisor

• Highly experienced in instrumentations such as: UPLC, HPLC, LC MS, LC MS MS , GC GC MS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS FTIR/NIR, CHN combustion/reduction (Hydrogen Carbon Nitrogen) analyzer.

• Knowledge of Water and Fat Soluble Vitamins, Amino acid analysis by Derivatization, Heavy metals and Minerals, Supplements, Sugar profiles, Organic acids, Proteins analysis.

• Knowledge of method development, method validation and method transfer using above analytical instruments.

Highly experience with analytical instrument’s troubleshooting and chemistry of UPLC, HPLC and GC. 

Highly experience with Waters Empower software and ChemStation

Knowledge of cGLP, cGMP, CFR-21 and Data Interpretation.

Responsible for performing assay analysis in Raw materials, in-process products and finished products using UPLC, HPLC using Empower software and GC,  ICP-OES and ICP MS.

Highly expertise in writing SOPs, Test Methods, and ensure SOPs and documents are up to date for analytical laboratory.

Creating a uniform system for the evaluation of all raw materials, in-process products and finished products.

Participate in daily Lab’s operations including analytical testing, calibration of instruments, validation of standards and equipment.

Highly expertise in supervisory skills with 10-30 analysts.

• Participate in investigation and writing of OOS report.

• Participate in internal and external company’s audit.

• Orientation and training of new laboratory staff.

• Participates in and contributes to a safe environment in the QA laboratories by:

  • Keeping current with safety regulations.
  • Checking and maintaining safety equipment.
  • Explaining safety procedures to individuals using the laboratories.
  • Being responsible for the evacuation of the QA laboratories during emergencies.
  • Maintaining the MSDS inventory in the QA laboratories.

• Participates in and contributes to the achievement of QA Laboratory.

• Perform other duties as assigned.



  • 4 Year Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Graduate Degree Peferred
  • At least 7 years of experience
  • Must have previous Supervisory experience



Other Experience

Highly experienced in UPLC, HPLC, LC MS and LC MS MS, GC, GC MS,  ICP-OES, ICP MS, FTIR, CHN combustion/reduction (Hydrogen Carbon Nitrogen) analyzer.

Knowledge of Extraction and Derivatization Techniques,

Knowledge of Method development, Method validation and Method transfer/verification.

Highly knowledge of analytical instruments troubleshooting

Highly knowledge Empower software and ChemStations

Knowledge of cGLP, cGMP, and CFR-21 and Data Interpretation.

Highly expertise in Supervisory skills.
