We currently have an opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join our Operations team in Ballyragget Co Kilkenny!

If you have excellent reporting skills coupled with strong MS Office skills with a professional can do attitude, then we are looking to talk to you!  Our ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills with a continuous improvement mindset.


Key Responsibilities;

  • Develop and standardize operations reports
  • Managing Plant orders, reconciliations, GRN’s
  • Maintenance of office supplies for operations
  • Management and filing of documentation for regulatory authorities (e.g. log sheets, Dept. of Ag.) including training records
  • Development and maintenance of the manufacturing records
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure records meet the needs of all operations employees.
  • Support the Develop of an assessment tool to objectively measure existing processes.
  • Ensure all records are up to date and accurate.
  • Attend daily production meetings when needed to monitor issues that may arise.
  • Support the communications plan for Ballyragget by maintaining notice boards, one lan system, 3M boards and other communication tools as required.
  • Review and manage the rewrite where necessary of SOP’s and SOP updates.
  • Site tours for new hires and visitors
  • Management of office allocation when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Reporting Skills
  • Administrative Writing Skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Experience using SAP would be an advantage
  • Managing Processes and strong organisational skills
  • Analysing Information
  • Problem Solving
