We have a direct presence in 21 countries, with manufacturing facilities in the US, Germany and China, and international sales and technical offices around the world.

This position is a part of the Glanbia Nutritionals (GN) Operations Centers of Excellence Finance team.  Our team is responsible for all financial reporting, planning, and analysis for the Operations Centers of Excellence.  The team is also responsible for creating and implementing standardized processes and reporting for all Operations Finance areas, which includes manufacturing plants across USA, Germany and China.

• Prepare monthly cost analysis for the Quality Centers of Excellence, which include Quality, Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technical Services and Glanbia Performance System (Lean Manufacturing)
• Prepare periodic plans for the Centers of Excellence, including outlooks, forecasts and the annual business plan
• Analysis of the month end accounts for GN Central Manufacturing and Operations and advise on journal entries and accruals to be posted
• Assist with tracking and reporting on capital expenditure across GN (> $50m budget per year)
• Assist with tracking and reporting on annual savings across GN Operations
• Assist with preparation of the monthly COO Report
• Ad hoc analysis and project work as required by the Centers of Excellence or GN Operations
• Collaborate with local GN Operations Finance teams in order to drive efficiencies and standardization of processes across the organization
• Complete month end closing tasks within assigned deadlines
• Cross train with other analysts
• Review work and test for reasonableness; identify questionable results and investigate root cause

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Participates in special projects or action teams

• Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, and works with the fingers.
