Recruiting Coordinator

 

Role Summary 

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for driving operational excellence across the recruiting processes.

They will work with a variety of stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates and recruiters to ensure sourcing and recruitment efficiency, while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

By supporting recruiters throughout the talent acquisition process, they will help ensure Glanbia attracts and hires the right talent to meet business objectives and drive growth

 

Location: REMOTE

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Complete requisitions by adding job descriptions and facilitate requisition approval process
  • Post jobs internally and/or externally in alignment with the sourcing strategy
  • Review candidates and complete initial screening
  • Liaise with mangers and recruiters to manage scheduling of all recruiting-related activities (phone screens, interviews
  • Create and send offer letters based on information provided by the recruiter
  • Update candidate statuses in the applicant tracking system throughout the recruitment process
  • Facilitate completion of background checks by working with vendor to provide data as needed
  • Verify candidate details prior to completing the hire

 

Qualifications and Experience

Education           Bachelor's Degree or higher

 

Professional Qualifications         

Prior Experience        

 •  1-3 years of HR administration with a focus on Talent Attraction

•   Knowledge of ATS systems, preferably Success Factors

•   Spoken and written fluency in English required

•   Strong communication skills and listening skills

•   Strong execution, and timely and thorough follow-through and follow-up of tasks

•   Must be a team player and work well with others

•   Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

•   Meticulous attention to detail

•   Ability to work independently

•   Problem solving skills

•   Excellent customer service skills

•   Ability to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies

•   Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion and sound judgement
