Sales & Customer Service Executive (Doorstep)

 

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Sales & Customer Service Executive will be primarily responsible for converting sales leads (captured on-line) to new active customers. 

 

In addition, the person will manage all consumer queries relating to the service, a key element of which will be managing consumer feedback.

 

  • Delivery of sales targets for new customer sign ups to the service. 
  • Outbound calls to prospective customers, communicating service details, and securing the order details for both ‘online’ and ‘offline’ customers.
  • Working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to set up service for all new customers.
  • Upselling and cross-selling on calls to maximise revenue / encourage card payment sign up
  • Managing customer service queries for existing customers relating to billing, delivery, and other service issues. 
  • Minimising churn for new and existing customers through phone / email contact.
  • Reactivating lapsed or cancelled customers.    
  • Meet KPI’s for new sales / response times and cancellations.
  • Assist with reporting /analysis of data / trends etc.
  • Manage Social Media Channels and respond speedily to queries / leads via digital channels.
  • Occasional attendance at expos and events to represent the milk delivery service to the public
  • Working cross functionally with the doorstep team with regards to canvassing and supporting agents etc.
