Senior Reward Analyst


Role Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Reward Analyst to join our Reward Team.  This is a permanent position and will report to the Group Head of Reward.  The Senior Reward Analyst will work to build a specialist reward function, supporting regulatory and reward decisions across the Group. 



While likely to be initially working remotely due to current restrictions, the base location of the role will be Citywest, Dublin 24 OR Kilkenny, upon return to the workplace with a blended working arrangement available through our Smart working model which allows you a greater choice in how you work and live, giving you a better work-life balance.


Key Elements of the Role

  • Interrogates and understands complex information relating to our people.
  • Understands our people and payroll systems and the information flow in and out of those systems.
  • Builds advanced reporting solutions (Dashboards & Reports) that are shared with various stakeholders to make accurate, understandable and informed decisions.
  • Understands required and best practice reporting and makes recommendation on how the company can achieve those needs in a meaningful way.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on the technical design and input to data reporting.
  • Troubleshooting, analysing and identifying the root cause of any issue that may arise through various mediums.
  • Provides briefings and training to end users on reporting findings.
  • Supports reward partners in total reward projects and decision making.
  • Support the annual cycle process for pay reviews and variable pay in line with Group guidance.
  • Works with the shares team to facilitate and deliver share plans such as LTIP and retention awards.



  • Degree qualified in finance / data analytics or other relevant area.


Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of professional experience with a strong focus on analytics and using complex data to make decisions.
  • Experience of working on regulatory reporting such as gender pay and pay ratios is desireable.
  • Has experience in building strong relationships with a geographically dispersed and virtual team.
  • Excellent systems, process and technical acumen including Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing conflicting priorities & deadlines.
  • Pro-active and demonstrable experience of using initiative.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (both internal & external) across varying businesses.
  • Ability to work in a multi-project environment and support multiple internal customers.
  • To be able to think outside the box when required to solve new challenges.
  • A passion for using your expertise to develop innovative solutions that add value to the business.
  • A continuous improvement mind set, driven to deliver best practice.
  • The ability to interrogate large datasets.
  • To demonstrate strong report writing skills.
  • Excellent People Skills for this role.
