Specialist, PSO Process Excellence

The Process Excellence Specialist, PSO will support our HR operational excellence and continuous improvement agenda- championing all aspects of best operational practice and simplification of our service experience. This role will support our Tier 0 technology and employee experience across our Knowledge Base, Document Management and Document Generation systems including supporting requests and governance. They will provide end user support in utilising & updating information on our Tier 0 platforms. Where needed, they will also partner with the PSO teams, HRBPs and COEs to support process reviews, documentation, governance, and process change management.
Key Accountabilities:
- This role is responsible for creating & updating HR process documentation (process maps, SOPs, articles) and ensuring that all relevant systems are kept up to date.
- Your focus will be on our Tier 0 platforms – ensuring functionality, managing issue resolution and enhancement projects in conjunction with third party vendor, Digital HR and other internal stakeholders
- Partner with key HR stakeholders to maintain current Knowledge Articles (KAs) and create new KAs to ensure a robust and relevant
employee/manager-facing HR Knowledge Base. - Collaborate with key HR stakeholders to maintain current Document Generation templates and create new templates to ensure standardisation and create efficiencies across the organization
- Support process assessments to determine how to reduce rework, improve quality, improve efficiency, and/or improve the ability to deliver desired services.
- Facilitate & support the change request and continuous improvement project portfolio and prioritization process working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver improvements and efficiencies for the organization.
- Maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of HR Operations by supporting harmonisation, simplification & standardisations of HR systems & processes, using industry best practice techniques such as “lean” process evaluation
- Build a strong rapport with People Success Organisation colleagues and act as a change champion to generate confidence in the success of process changes and enhancement projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Primary or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or similar
- 3+ years experience in HR supporting or delivering on key employee moments that matter, such as onboarding, movement or offboarding, business operations, HR operations, operations management, process improvement.
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel skills including functions such as vlookup, pivot tables and conditional formatting
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- (HRIS; preferably SuccessFactors)
- Experience with Lean and/or process mapping would be an advantage
- Relationship builder with an ability to create strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting skills
- Spoken and written fluency in English required
- Strong communication skills and listening skills
- Strong execution, and timely and thorough follow-through and follow-up of tasks
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
