BSN, a longer standing leader in cutting-edge physique and performance products, is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate brand marketer to fill the role of Assistant Brand Manager – BSN Americas.  As the Assistant Brand Manager, you will display a strong analytic foundation and in-depth knowledge of P&L interdependencies to identify and evaluate key business issues and drivers. You will analyze and interpret market data to take advantage of opportunities and minimize adverse trends, and identify data driven demand signals to generate business growth opportunities.  You will be a project integrator responsible for leading cross functional teams related to consumer insights, pricing, forecasting, promotion, finance, operations and sales to drive growth for the business. You will guide brand management projects from idea to execution through the stage gate process, and work closely with your counterparts to ensure a clear vision for the future of the business.  All of this culminates in this individual playing a critical role in helping drive household penetration across North America and the broader America’s region.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Co-lead the Monthly Business Review process by providing market and P&L analytics
  • Co-lead Marketing strategy and execution spanning across social media, influencers and E-commerce
  • Support the Integrated Business Planning process, including impact of consumption performance trends
  • Assist in developing and executing the annual business plan
  • Assists in developing brand strategy
  • Play a meaningful role in the delivery of brand’s P&L goals and the creation and delivery of the financials of your initiatives.
  • Marketing mix: review all elements including pricing strategy, active sku management, category management / assortment optimization, and consumption performance trends
  • Coordinate a variety of cross-functional teams for the business in order to deliver strategies and short and long term goals.
  • Leverage data driven demand signals to generate business growth opportunities.

 

Experience and Education 

  • Business/Marketing undergrad, MBA preferred
  • Minimum Years of experience: 1
  • Specialized training in:
  • Familiarity & Passion Sports Nutrition (personally or professionally)
  • Proven track record in driving influencer & accountability with internal partners
