We are hiring  an Assistant Brand Manager, Isopure who will be responsible for execution and optimization of the marketing plans for new and existing products within product lines and groups.  You will also oversee ongoing business reporting to oversee key drivers of the business as well as identify risks and opportunities to the annual operating plan. 

As the Assistant Brand Manager you will: 

• Key contributor to Brand team and responsible for execution and on-going optimization of marketing plan
• Collaborates with insights & analytics data to translate learnings into brand portfolio strategy
• Own the execution of activation plans for existing and new product lines within assigned product groups, working with Integrated Marketing to maximize effectiveness
• Assist with internal/external creative team to brief and develop creative to execute against media marketing plan and social media plans
• Assist in development of content strategies and themes for assigned product groups
• Collaborate with customer planning and strategy to support sales presentations, demos, materials development and sell-in of new items
• Perform day-to-day business management activities, manages marketing budget & monthly reconciliation process, and executes other projects or activities as requested
• Measure business performance, develops recommendations to address performance vs. plan
• Support delivery of brand’s P&L goals and the creation and delivery of the financials of assigned product groups
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of strategies to meet short- and long-term goals

  
 The Skills you will bring to the team

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred not required
• Minimum 3-4 years of CPG relevant experience
• OR Minimum 1-2 years of CPG relevant experience and advanced degree (MBA)
