The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for owning and leading the digital marketing strategy and campaign development, execution and analysis for the Isopure, Nature’s Best and ABB brands.

Essential Functions:

  • Own the digital & social strategy and budget for the Isopure®, Nature’s Best™ and ABB brands (paid, owned, earned, shared)
    • Support key initiatives and define the right investment levels to grow the brands
    • Partner with external agencies and partners to manage consumer targeting and programmatic buying
    • Develop business driving KPI measurements and regularly report against stated goals across each channel
    • Manage key online customer advertising and search strategy, communications and budget with agency and sales team
    • Analyze and synthesize data, generate insights and provide recommendations to optimize future campaigns to increase effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Manage brand social media platforms
    • Own the social calendar and build content
    • Align with brand leadership on key initiatives, content, budget and timing
    • Liaise with the brand team, in-house creative/copywriters and external agency to create and leverage content for key brand campaigns and initiatives
    • Develop key content themes and creative ideas to drive consumer engagement
    • Link customer promotion, event/sponsorship and athlete initiatives to social media and connected platforms 
    • Manage the influencer program
    • Uncover opportunities and out-of-box ideas to increase earned and shared reach
  • Own the creative/layout and content on the branded websites to drive consumer engagement and relevance
    • Partner with D2C sales to define optimal offer communications that increase conversion rates
    • Optimize organic SEO/SEM
    • Collaborate with various content creators and copywriters to publish authentic and engaging communications (newsfeeds, blogs, etc.)
  • Own the branded email marketing strategy and communications to drive KPIs
  • Manage existing key external agency partnerships and explore new beneficial partnerships
  • Stay abreast the latest digital marketing tactics, technology and share-out with the broader team as the digital expert
  • Support the Brand Manager with step-out projects, as assigned

Education/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy and planning
  • Masters or MBA preferred in digital marketing/technology related field
  • Other CPG/retail/consumer focused industries preferred (client or agency)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work with creative to develop breakthrough digital & social content
  • Strong record of managing brand, social strategy and agency relationships
  • Experience in product information creation and display
  • Experience in managing paid search and budgeting for optimized spend
  • KPI setting and measurement experience
  • Experience in standard setting and influencing cross-functionally
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mind-set, highly motivated and ambitious
  • Strong work ethic (willingness to roll up sleeves), multi-tasking and organizational skills
