Job Summary: The Graphic Designer - Print is mainly responsible for bringing design solutions to life for GPN brands packaging, printed materials, and collateral. Additionally, the Graphic Designer will have a firm grasp on all GPN brands look and feels, as well as how to conceptualize and implement design to meet high level strategies. 

 

 Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Work within Creative Services team on packaging, print, point of sale materials, in-store merchandising, advertisements, and product images to get final approvals and follow through to execution and delivery.
  • Have an understanding of all GPN brands looks and feels, as well as comfort in how those apply within specific regions that GPN brands exist within.
  • Ability to take rough concepts or loose ideas and develop those into visuals
  • High level understanding of working with packaging and label files.
  • Assist in conceptualization projects for GPN brands as needed.
  • Routinely connect with Creative Services Project Manager to ensure all projects and tasks are in-progress and tracking towards successfully meeting deadlines.
  • Routinely connect with Print Manager on any and all design related queries.
  • Manage and oversee dealing with printers and outside vendors to ensure brand standards are being met, and brand colors are as intended. 
  • Ensure proper management and maintenance of Print Division local servers, file storage areas on Box.com, and Brand Folder.

 

 

Qualifications, Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of agency or corporate company experience
  • Self-motivated and passionate
  • Ability to work completely independently or within a team environment based on project needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, negotiate and conceive of new idea
  • Exceptional analytical, creative, planning, organizational, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced and fluid business environment
