Job/Project Summary:

Responsible for assisting and collaborating on all aspects of GPN’s marketing collateral materials which includes and not limited to design for print, web, power point & social media. On occasion intern will help assist with video and photo shoot assignments when necessary. Opportunity to help with website development or video editing if background allows.

 

Learning Objectives:

  • Work collaboratively with a creative services in-house team of designers, developers and video editors
  • Managing budget and time constraint
  • Presenting new ideas to members of the team
  • Developing designs that are on strategy and reflect brand’s personality
  • Assist web department with banners and website updates (through our CMS)
  • Work in conjunction with other designers to assist in photo retouching, meta-tagging, media archiving, mock up creation and print ad production

 

Expected Outcomes:

  • Learn to collaborate with the Creative Services team and cross functional teams
  • Participation in Final Intern Project

 

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent):

  • Design and produce materials in accordance to brand team requests and target deadlines
  • Design media in a wide variety of styles that correspond to the brands overall communication style
  • Assist web department with banners and website updates (through our CMS)
  • Work in conjunction with other designers to assist in photo retouching, meta-tagging, media archiving, mock up creation and print ad production

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Major in graphic design or related area with knowledge of design software (Adobe CC Design Suite required, Figma preferred).
