  • Assist in the management of domestic and foreign filings and documentation of robust global trademark portfolio, including recordation of assignments, renewals, office actions and new filings.
  • Prepare, review, and oversee trademark filings to domestic and foreign trademark offices.
  • Review relevant deadlines and input and track data, facilitating reporting as needed.
  • Monitor the status of trademark applications and renewals and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Provide support in gathering and organizing substantiation for global IP related disputes.
  • Review marketing materials and electronic media for compliance with IP, regulatory guidelines and releases/licenses.
  • Review label/packaging copy, brand websites and promotions for correct and proper trademark usage.
  • Submit takedown requests to websites and social media platforms that include infringing material.
  • Facilitate the registration of domain names and manage corresponding docket.
  • Prepare, review and oversee copyright filings.
  • Review trademark and domain watch notices and report on actionable infringements.
  • Maintain filing systems, and assist with documentation and reporting, as required.
  • Facilitate various international document certifications, including Apostille seals and legalization.
  • Maintain trademark, patent & copyright physical & electronic files.
  • Prepare reports and customized queries upon request or on a routine basis.
  • Other tasks as assigned.




  • Certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience strongly preferred
  • Must exhibit knowledge and understanding of intellectual property terminology and conventions
  • Familiarity with requirements and deadlines of international trademark offices
  • Must be strongly analytical, organized, highly motivated, proactive and detail oriented
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work independently and manage a variety of tasks
  • Must be able to exercise independence and professional judgment
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to research, analyze, synthesize, and organize large amounts of data
  • Commitment to professionalism and collegiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with docketing systems and project management software such as Wrike and Smartsheet preferred
