Job Summary:

This role is for a sales support specialist to assist the business managers who oversee a portfolio of key customers/geographies from new and existing clients while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess qualities that include developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues, navigating internal process and procedures and maintaining a support budget. The goal is to bring our total GPN portfolio of brands to life through development of collaborative business plans that exceed customer expectations, are aligned with our brand strategies and ensuring achievement of the sales plan while managing the margins that impact EBITA.



  • Manage allocated car stock budget for sales support reps. Budgeting and maintaining spend against allocated funding, monthly shipment requests to support sales, recap of actuals and pacing communicated internally to brand teams, finance and leadership to ensure accurate pacing/tracking
  • Manage NPI setup process for specialty customers, and DSD (direct store distribution); coordinate with brand teams and pricing dept. for information needed to complete innovation setup forms, labels and product images required by customers to setup new items in their systems. Direct communication of required setup information to customers via email or direct setup portal for completion.
  • Maintain military activation calendar with EURPAC to support Exchange and base activity
  • Manage and Maintain DSD Price Schedules, Specs and Order Form Folders
  • Manage and Maintain DSD Non-Contracted Customer +1 Order Form
  • DSD and new specialty customer vendor setup in SAP; Setup S&OP procedure so the information request from customers is clear and once information is received from sales rep implement into SAP and officially start the cross functional process of setting up an account with GPN
  • Manage DSD Master Customer List and County Mapping Information
  • Manage VIP Reporting Account Set Up – DSD Customer Sell Out
  • Collaborates with brand channels, finance, customer service, sales ops and demand team when executing tasks to ensure alignment internally
  • Execute monthly reporting cadence to keep peers up to date on monthly execution, forward looking action items and help needed (teamwork)
  • Ad-Hoc reporting pulls for SAP for specialty channel upon requests (acct info, sales history, etc)
