As a specialist, you will drive with our consumers across our portfolio of brands in all the main social channels.
The candidate must, be talented, creative and full of ideas on how to build consumer and community engagement and you have a strong track record of working with influencers, ambassadors and on-line groups to help inspire creativity, develop content and manage the brand positioning and brand messaging in a natural way.
We need someone who has a customer first attitude and knows how to navigate the social space to build brands and consumer loyalty. We want someone who is obsessed with what’s new, relevant and trending. Someone who lives in the social space and can anticipate opportunities and potential issues.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Be passionate about social media. Know the social channel inside and out. Understand how consumers are using the platforms from intention, flow to available formats. Expand social strategy to relevant channels beyond our brand pages (ie Facebook groups) where it fits.
- Execute the social strategy for the brand. This may developing the content calendar, writing social messaging and other relevant content with the aid of our in-house creative team as well as being able to rely on your own creativity to generate ideas, write copy and quickly see when and how to jump on trends on-line.
- Activate influencers to achieve key brand goals. This can include building an influencer consideration set, setting evaluation criteria, outreach to influencers, writing the campaign brief, negotiation influencer program, and then selling in program to internal teams. Pending internal alignment, activate the influencer campaign from sending product, key messages, aligning on content themes, creating individual links if needed, reviewing content and routing it through legal as needed.
- Monitor and suggest relevant trends, hashtags and content that fit each brands.
- Gain internal alignment on the social calendar. Ensure brand/creative services and legal are all aligned. Develop briefs for content as needed.
- Manage the shopping and product tabs on each social channel. Ensure relevant products are pulled in, displaying correct price, and driving to the right destination.
- Publish content calendar flawlessly. Ensure appropriate information is included based on social platform best practices (hashtags, product tag, URL, etc.)
- Monitor competitive brands to understand their strategy, key consumer, and social media approach.
- Permissions. Set all paid partners/influencers as partners in appropriate social platforms.
- Track all influencers and ambassadors to ensure they’re posting as contracted, including key brad information and including appropriate disclosures.
- Monitor UGC that features ours brands. Reshare appropriate content (ie Instagram stories) that represent the brand. Gain permission to use exceptional content on our own channels.
- Gather screenshots for influencer activations.
- Measurement: Pull key metrics at a predetermined basis to track performance back to goals and benchmarks. Analyze results to provide learnings as to what worked, and can be optimized moving forward. Put learnings into action across platform, content, time of day, target, etc
- Oversee influencer execution from contract, billing, monitoring posts, and reporting
- Build relationships with key internal stakeholders.

Decision Making/Problem Solving
- Help with the monitoring and engagement of consumers through various social media channels for our GPN brands
- Curate the social presence of our brands through content development and execution.
- Influencer monitoring and reporting.
Education
- 4 year -BA/BS degree required in a marketing or business related field.
Experience
- 2+year experience in a relevant role
Other Experience:
- Experience using Sprinklr or other social listening tools
- A strong collaborator with the ability and a track record of successfully managing cross functional partnerships.
- Well-developed organizational and project management skills to manage multiple brands and initiatives simultaneously.
