We are looking for a highly talented individual with a proven track record of success to help build our sales and profits in partnership with Kalil Bottling, our very prominent distributor headquartered in New York.

 

 

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for company sales and profits with distributors and key account partners across assigned company product portfolio.
  • Manage and/or assist with chain and key account sales calls.
  • Work with distributor channel leads to gain product availability and sell in annual promotional activity participating in monthly round-robin meetings
  • Manage day-to-day activity with distributor, including new outlet acquisition, look of success in market, point of sale and sales information.
  • Ride with distributor reps and facilitate crew drives to increase sales within existing accounts and open new accounts.
  • Manage promotional and allowance budget for customer base.
  • Visit key and independent accounts to:
  • Ensure product is merchandised properly in cooler according to standards.
  • Ensure proper point of sale and marketing materials are available within accounts.
  • Develop productive relationships with distributors and retailers.
  • Execute agreed to marketing and brand initiatives.
  • Open new accounts to grow sales volume within the market.

 

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience.
  • Regional chain/independents key account experience within the convenience/mass market channel strongly preferred.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish Skills highly preferred.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel to support within assigned territory, region or other markets as required.

Required Experience:

  • Prior experience working with DSD partners focused on new outlet acquisition and execution of brand look of success in the market.
  • Prior beverage industry sales experience.
  • Team player and “outside of the box” thinker.
  • Ability to travel in territory and to support other markets when needed.
  • Self motivated, outgoing and have successful time management skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
