Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral role supporting the recruiting function, and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process for a team of recruiters. Supports the Talent Acquisition team in delivering world-class candidate interview and hiring manager experiences.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist Talent Acquisition Team with administrative side of candidate management including but not limited to:
  • Correspond daily with team to gauge urgency of needs.
  • Occasional sourcing requests.
  • Support full-lifecycle recruiting efforts (post positions on internal/external job boards, schedule interviews, coordinate travel/accommodations and expenses, set up conference room, confirm interview panel availability, maintain excellent records of all conversations/correspondences ensuring alignment with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and referrals).
  • Oversee onboarding workflow process for North America hires, GBS hires, thinkThin and other acquired companies to ensure a smooth transition to start date:
  • Initiate and monitor background checks, drug screening and physical assessments.
  • New hire tracking spreadsheet.
  • Follow up communications between agencies, managers, Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition team, etc.
  • Pre-hire SAP and full hire SAP.
  • Create new employee folders.
  • Create and facilitate weekly new hire orientation:
  • Oversight for Lacey employees and via video conference for other locations as requested.
  • Design and update new hire orientation PowerPoint presentation and new hire materials.
  • Collect, process and verify 1-9 validity for employment documentation.
  • Support Internship Program efforts; attend College recruiting fairs, communications, care packages, and additional engagement strategies
  • Reconciliation of temporary contract employees; review hours, process invoices and address payment issues or concerns.
  • Manage candidate and hiring manager surveys; request feedback, run reports, follow up as needed.
  • SME regarding systems and results for SucessFactors (SuperUser responsible for training HR managers and recruiters domestically and internationally) and HireRight.
  • Key point person with any new hire issues.
  • Invoice and expense report processing.
  • Assist with special projects (legal audits, global onboarding,
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.

    Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or High School Degree (or equivalent)
  • 2-5 years’ experience in administrative role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or plant facility a plus.
