The Glanbia Digital+ Team are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join an established internal agency.

 

This team is dedicated to digital & creative innovation and excellence, working on some of the world’s best known brands across the Glanbia Group. Leading out key global digital projects and programmes and offering services including creative design, digital strategy, media buying, website development and UX.

 

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to join our team of performance driven Social media and digital marketing experts. You will be responsible for the relationship management, day-to-day management and delivery of strategic digital marketing campaigns. The role will have a focus on social media as you will be responsible for social media strategy, content creation, executing paid campaigns, organic posts and reporting on performance regularly. You should have an in-depth knowledge of social media best practices on paid and organic to be able to review the brand’s current strategies and make recommendations for optimizations. Aside from your social responsibilities, you will also be expected to project manage and input into other areas of digital therefore you will be expected to have knowledge on best practices and be able to develop content for other digital areas such as websites, email marketing, Google and creative campaigns.

 

This is a permanent position that will offer a hybrid working model, combining remote and onsite work in our Waterside Offices, Citywest, Dublin.

 

About the Glanbia Digital+ team

· The Digital+ team are built to drive growth for Glanbia, we work with the brand teams to support them on Digital & creative strategy

· Creative concept and strategic direction are at the core of what we do, we put emphasis on finding the right concept to help direct every project to success

· Our media buyers develop digital media strategies to hit brand objectives and work closely with the Creative team to ensure that we have the right content for each platform

· We build, manage and maintain large and small scale websites across the group from ecommerce to brochure ware

· Our team of dedicated Account Managers develop strong relationships with the brand teams and manage each project from brief to completion

· This flexible, empowered team weave together Enterprise Design Thinking, Lean, UX and Agile methodologies

 

Key elements of the role

  • You should be client focused with the ability to build trust and strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for the timely delivery of all projects associated with the brands you are responsible for.
  • You will develop digital strategy then work collaboratively with the business and broader digital team to implement it over the course of the year.
  • You will support the business to plan, implement and manage the strategic roadmap for the website
  • You’ll be working with media strategists to plan and optimize campaigns through various channels (Social, PPC, Display, Websites, Marketing Automation platforms) in order to meet defined business objectives.
  • Work with brands to ensure they are following best practices across digital as well as being visually consistent across markets and being true to their brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Create & schedule monthly content plans for social media, email marketing and websites.
  • You will be responsible for executing paid and organic social and continuously optimizing to achieve or exceed brand goals. You will utilize social media to drive awareness, consideration and conversion for our brands and will be expected to do so whilst furthering efficiencies to costs.
  • Develop insightful monthly & quarterly reports on the brand’s digital activity.
  • You should be accomplished in analytics, you will be expected to report on key digital metrics frequently and make suggestions for continuous site improvement.
  • Work with designers, marketing and other teams to translate business needs to effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proactively provide consumer/industry insights from Sprinklr.
  • You should be one step ahead in terms of digital and be able to advise brands on emerging channels.

 

Qualifications

  • 3rd level qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, a related field or relevant experience.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Five or more years of digital account management experience.
  • Comfortable in all aspects of client service / account management that can be relied upon to build strong relationships.
  • Clear and effective communicator orally through presentations and in writing.
  • Experience working with marketing automation software is an advantage.
