The role

The Employee Services Partner plays a critical role in processing and facilitating HR transactions across the employee lifecycle. They will develop and maintain strong HR Knowledge across the employee lifecycle and will partner closely with HRBPs, payroll, managers and employees to ensure transactions are entered correctly in a timely manner. By entering transactions, processing corrections and completing approvals, they will ensure consistent & clean data across the organisation that can be used to unlock new insights and drive business decision making. This role also plays a critical role in ensuring process compliance with local laws and regulations.

 

Location

The base location of the roles will be in Ireland in any of our office locations in Kilkenny, Citywest, Dublin 24 or Waterford, with  hybrid working arrangements available through our Smart working model which allows you a greater choice in how you work and live, giving you a better work-life balance.

 

Key elements of the role:

  • Establish a positive rapport with People Success Organisation colleagues and Glanbia employees.
  • Treat all information as strictly confidential and to only discuss matters with the relevant persons, escalating any potential breaches identified.
  • Demonstrate ability to accurately process HR transactions such as separations and job moves utilising support materials available via the knowledge base.
  • Leverage local law and HR Policy knowledge to review and approve transactions in the HCM system.
  • Create relevant documentation to support various processes (e.g. contracts, letters) based on existing templates in the document management tool.
  • File and retrieve employment-related records upon request.
  • Process data corrections upon request from an authorized party and inform relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage communications to downstream systems and parties where integrations do not send the data automatically.

Experience/ Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of HR administration
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Success Factors
  • Spoken and written fluency in English required
  • Strong communication skills and listening skills
  • Strong execution, and timely and thorough follow-through and follow-up of tasks
  • Must be a team player and work well with others
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail
