EMEA revenue for 2017 was circa 25% of total GPN revenue and we have a clear growth ambition to achieve $500m revenue by 2022. This growth will come from a mix of organic sales growth and expansion of market presence within specific geographies and acquisition. With this growth rate comes significant and rapid change, both organizationally and strategically. 


In order to supoport this growth, we are now seeking a talented and experienced Financial Analyst to join our Global team, based in Citywest, Dublin 24. Ideally possessing a passion for sports and healthly living, this role will have responsibility across forecasting, analysis and commercial support for the Global FP&A team.


  • Preparation of Global GPN monthly management pack including reconciliation of regional financials, liaising with regional finance teams on key deliverables, review and understanding of monthly submissions, provide commentary on movements versus prior year and  forecast.
  • Produce and consolidate the GPN budget and forecast P&Ls, Balance Sheet and Cashflow with comparators and explanations of volume, product/customer mix and rate variances to prior year and budget and explaining key drivers / movements / assumptions.
  • Develop and improve reporting and forecasting systems and tools on an on-going basis including regional templates for consolidation of forecast and budget process.
  • Assist in the ongoing development of the Global FP&A function within the wider finance function and its support of key stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the regional finance teams (US, EMEA and LAPAC) and Group finance colleagues to ensure that all global divisional and Group requirements are met.
  • Assist the Director of FP&A as required and participate in various projects where relevant including support to the CFO, executive teams, investors relations and Group teams including but not limited to sales, product supply and cost analysis.
  • Financial modelling and analysis as required

Skills, Know How and experience

  • Minimum 5+ years’ PQE experience in a similar role and multinational environment (FP&A experience a plus).
  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Self-starter, who has the ability to work within a team and across geographical boundaries (able to manage workload across various timezones).
  • Advanced level MS Excel and PowerPoint and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP and Business Objects.
  • Detailed financial modelling experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, good judgement making and logical decision maker.
  • Results driven, must be able to work under pressure across a global organisation engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing, motivating and influencing in an environment of rapidly changing workload, tight deadlines in the context of high client expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator.
  • Extremely organised.
