The Glanbia Digital+ Team are looking for a PPC Specialist to join an established internal agency. 

 

The Team is dedicated to providing great performance and insights to our internal brands. We aim to not only spend the budget but to ensure the budget is being spent effectively.
 

This is a permanent position that will offer a hybrid working model, combining remote and onsite work in our Waterside Offices, City west, Dublin. 

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a growing PPC Specialist to further develop their skills within the AdWords platform. The role will ensure growth both in the AdWords realm as well as the programmatic front. There is a great opportunity to develop into a full stack google specialist as you develop your career.

 

About the Glanbia Digital+ team
•    The Digital+ team are built to drive growth for Glanbia, we work with the brand teams to support them on Digital & creative strategy 
•    Creative concept and strategic direction are at the core of what we do, we put emphasis on finding the right concept to help direct every project to success 
•    Our media buyers develop digital media strategies to hit brand objectives and work closely with the Creative team to ensure that we have the right content for each platform 
•    We build, manage and maintain large and small scale websites across the group from ecommerce to brochure ware 
•    Our team of dedicated Account Managers develop strong relationships with the brand teams and manage each project from brief to completion
•    This flexible, empowered team weave together Enterprise Design Thinking, Lean, UX and Agile methodologies 

 

Key elements of the role

•    You will create Adwords strategies based on the media brief 
•    You will be responsible for managing, planning and optimising multiple Global PPC campaigns in order to increase awareness and maximise ROI on Google and Bing
•    You should be data driven and accomplished in analytics. You’ll be expected to report on key digital metrics frequently and make suggestions for continuous site optimisation. 
•    Liaise with our SEO, Social, Content & Creative teams to maximise results for clients
•    You will be responsible for implementing tracking scripts / custom event tracking using GTM
•    You will have to keep up with trends, constantly research and optimise to achieve KPI’s
•    You’ll be working on a variety of brands across the Glanbia Group, taking on challenges in a diverse range of industries and in multiple regions. 

 

Skills & Experience
•    A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing in a digital environment - running PPC campaigns and providing meaningful reporting insights.
•    Analytical skills – has a good track record of effective PPC Campaigns with the ability to ask the right questions, analyse data, draw conclusions and test hypothesis by applying statistical measures
•    Strongly numerate and comfortable manipulating data sets - comfortable with showing what data means and to take action
•    You should be client focused with the ability to build trust and strong relationships with business stakeholders of all levels. 
•    You should enjoy working collaboratively across design, technical, and digital teams in an agile and fast paced environment with multiple projects on the go at the same time
•    Experience working on brands at a global level would be an advantage
