The opportunity where you will make an impact:


The role with be the lead for our newly created Revenue Growth Management function globally and will be accountable for development and implementation/execution of overall RGM strategy in alignment with the corporate strategy and will:

  • Develop RGM strategy and ensure organizational alignment and buy-in
  • Manage day-to-day processes of built RGM team (including directing efforts of analysts within the RGM function) and provide ad hoc support in RGM questions for other functions (e.g., how to leverage RGM to support growth aspirations for a brand in a given channel)
  • Build an RGM team to support both the US market and globally priority markets
  • Align between functions involved in RGM (especially Marketing, Sales, Finance) and coordinate programs and actions needed for implementation
  • Contribute to build-up of RGM excellence across organization, including driving to common understanding and “language” around RGM


What you will bring to GPN:


  • Business degree or other discipline that requires quantitative knowledge
  • At least 10 years of business experience, including time in commercial and RGM-related roles
  • Black Belt” or equivalent demonstrated proficiency in RGM
  • Demonstrated professional and academic success
  • Experience in finance leadership role with a company where RGM is very well established can substitute for actual RGM title/job experience
  • Demonstrated significant initiative, tenacity and leadership in prior roles
  • Ability to influence across all levels within the organisation
  • Ability to pivot from deep analytics to strategic dialogue with senior leadership
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
