Our growth will come from organic sales growth, M&A and further expansion of market presence internationally. With this growth rate comes significant and rapid change, both organizationally and strategically. We are looking for a commercially savvy, senior talent acquisition partner passionate about the sports nutrition/active nutrition industry and with the ability to effectively support recruitment efforts within this scale and pace of change/growth.

 

Specifically, we are looking for an experienced recruiter, perhaps you are ready for a move in-house where you can join us in providing a professional in-house talent acquisition service to the business. This role will be key to attracting the right types of skillsets and cultural fit to enable effective business delivery while also developing a strong talent pipeline in the region in the future.  

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the full-cycle talent acquisition and selection process to identify and source top-quality talent for the organization across EMEA including pipelining.
  • Enable delivery of direct hiring model as much as possible through direct sourcing of candidates
  • Deliver targeted reduction in agency spend as well as time to hire targets
  • Understand the business enough to be able to credibly articulate roles in a compelling enough way to attract high calibre prospective candidates
  • Understand GPN culture and ability to correctly assess fit in candidates
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques to source qualified candidates
  • Can work within existing talent acquisition framework in the region to deliver effective talent solutions quickly
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with HR Directors, HR Business Partners, hiring managers and senior leaders to inform and guide on staffing issues, policies and processes.
  • Effectively manage relationships with external recruiting partners/vendors.
  • Role model GPN values and play a key role in championing a winning culture that engages employees
  • Support recruitment efforts in acquisitions as required
  • Ensure a customer focused approach to talent acquisition

Knowledge and experience:

 

  • Min 5 years of  experience working as a recruiter, agency or in-house
  • A passion for identifying, recruiting, and assessing talent.
  • Experienced in a fast growth business
  • Understands business/ talent acquisition methodology in different EMEA/ International countries and adapts style accordingly.
  • Demonstrated track record of hiring complex and diverse skillsets under tight timelines across multiple European markets
  • Entrepreneurial approach to recruitment
  • Proven and consistent track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets in a fast growth business.
  • The ability to work in a team-oriented, highly collaborative open environment.
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently and build strong customer focused relationship across all stakeholder groups
  • Experienced managing third party agencies to deliver results within agreed timelines
