EMEA revenue for 2017 was circa 25% of total GPN revenue and we have a clear growth ambition to achieve $500m revenue by 2022. This growth will come from a mix of organic sales growth and expansion of market presence within specific geographies and acquisition. With this growth rate comes significant and rapid change, both organizationally and strategically. 

 

To ensure we have the talent within our organisaton to deliver on these growth plans, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team in Dublin.  You will assist in the management all of the Talent Acquisition processes and the delivery of “better in class” direct hire model for the EMEA Region. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Managing the marketing of all vacancies both internally and externally via Success Factors, jobs boards, LinkedIn, social media and agencies (where required)
  • Agreeing relevant social media sourcing strategies with Head of TA and implementing these
  • Driving brand awareness within the EMEA market and developing a network of “Employee Brand Ambassadors”   
  • Working with internal functions (marketing, digital media etc) to build and maintain a range of content for use in Employer Branding/recruitment marketing purposes and publishing content in line with the agreed communications  calendar
  • Management of Success Factors, as a Power User, to include user/hiring manager training and troubleshooting
  • Maintaining an up to date library of job descriptions and company information packs for candidates
  • Updating and maintenance of TA dashboards and reports
  • Assisting with the scheduling and co-ordination of interviews
  • Maintenance of Employee Referrals data and responsibility for the timely payment of all qualifying referrals
  • Issuing of all TA supplier PO’s
  • Perform telephone screening/ interviewing of candidates for assigned roles, where applicable
  • Assisting with building of key talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Keep up to date with all employment law  and assisting the Head of TA in ensuring all TA related activities comply to GDPR and wider legislation
  • Management of new employee on-boarding  via Success factors
  • New employee set-up and ensuring completion of personnel files
  • General administrative duties
  • Supporting the wider HR team with key HR tasks and Projects, as requested

  • A key contributor to the delivery of a direct hire model and reduction in agency spend
  • Maintenance of accurate reporting and spend analysis
  • Development of own knowledge of Talent Acquisition methods and practices

    Desirable

  • Experience of Psychometric Assessments
  • Working knowledge of Boolean searches
  • Black Belt sourcing Certification
