Role Profile
Tirlán is offering unique opportunities for graduates to join our Accounting & Finance team as an Accounting & Finance Associate in our Abbey Quarter offices. These roles will report to the Central A & R Manager.

Responsibilities
•    Assisting with and carrying out month end and year end close processes 
•    Exposure to financial statement notes production 
•    Managing balance sheet account reconciliations 
•    Hands on SAP and BCS consolidation system experience and exposure through posting of journals 
•    Collaborating with other finance teams to help solve commercial finance challenges  
•    Working in partnership with the business units to support ad hoc finance requests  
•    Analysis of KPIs 
•    Assist in the supporting the completion of the Financial planning process and supporting analysis 
•    Working effectively in global Finance business as usual and project driven teams 

Requirements
•    High academic record to date in the following fields of study: Accounting and Finance, Business, International Business or Commerce and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree 
•    Ambition to progress successfully in a career in Accounting & Finance in an exciting, ever-changing and challenging environment 
•    Thinks commercially and delivers customer centric solutions 
•    Drives collaboration and builds partnerships to meet shared objectives 
•    Communicates clearly and can influence at all levels 
•    Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow 
•    Analytically minded with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change
