The Junior Account Manager - Amazon EU will help lead the execution of the Amazon EU fulfil day to day catalogue requirements strategy.  Drive ecommerce sales growth, improve & evolve shopping experiences, conversion, and align with the business’s overarching strategy. Collaborate closely with local partners across commercial, marketing, and IT to operationalize within the organization.

The opportunity where you will make an impact:

 

  • Continue to grow our retail partnership by developing and executing JBP across EU7 markets.
  • Maximise revenue & profit that aligns with the Continental European strategy.
  • Plan portfolio strategy and fulfil day to day catalogue requirements to keep product availability across markets.
  • Own and constantly optimize PDPs through data and working closely with our content agency [best in class digital shelf, ratings and reviews, A+ retailer content and imagery].
  • Build promotional and marketing plans specific to Amazon account.
  • Manage and execute online advertising, search spend, and promotional spend within agreed parameters. Conduct regular reviews to ultimately improve efficiency. 
  • Be the expert within the GPN business on Amazon, keep well-informed of the latest digital sector developments and opportunities.
  • Work with and interpret market data, providing trend analysis with resulting effects on strategy/tactics.
  • Seek out business development opportunities outside of the current customer base.
  • Join forces with team members to support and work on joint projects and to drive best practices across the region.
  • Share insights and learnings with the EU commercial and marketing teams to build up our internal digital muscle.   

 

What you will bring to GPN:

 

  • Amazon Account Management Experience (2 years+).
  • Good understanding of digital, social media & web platforms.
  • Strong, demonstrated track record of attaining tough and demanding goals.
  • Analytical mind-set focused on creating, analysing & activating key insights.
  • Strong influencing skills to create the right internal and external partnerships.
  • Curious mind set into how shopper’s needs & behaviours are evolving and the ability to apply.
  • Determination to achieve and willingness to continually learn with a proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
  • Self-Starter, highly motivated and ambitious.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Fluent in English and other Amazon EU language [preferred German, Spanish, French or Dutch].
