eCommerce Channel Manager, DACH

  • Ownership of Key Customer Accounts within E-Commerce channel, including commercial responsibility for ON website
  • Full account P&L responsibility
  • Develop, manage and deliver Joint Business Plans to achieve key objectives
  • NPD pre-sell and execution
  • Develop and implement the strategy to win in the online channel. Drive ratings and reviews targeting through digital media and leveraging internal resources.
  • Provide trade marketing support for key online customers.
  • Work with and interpret market data, providing trend analysis with resulting effects on strategy/tactics.
 
  • Ideal candidate will hold degree in business, marketing or similar.
  • You are currently managing eCommerce customers ie Amazon and you have implemented an Amazon marketing service
  • Passion for eCommerce and social media
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as being strong team player
  • Strong track record of setting and achieving sales goals with experience of developing JBPs
  • Previous account management experience essential (including E-Commerce customers)
  • Thorough knowledge and experience of how to grow an online business in a similar business
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated & energetic
  • Passion for Sport / Health & Fitness with previous experience of Sports Nutrition being an advantage although not essential
  • Good understanding of digital, social media & web platforms
