We are hiring a Sales Manager to the team! You will be responsible for developing a business strategy and plan to optimize the Performance Nutrition business for Mexico, executing the agreed plan and building the structure to deliver sustained growth:
- Develop a commercial strategy that delivers against our ambitious growth plans
- Develop, implement and drive a commercial routine with Distributors.
- Pro-actively manage sales & distribution data
- Develop/implement routine with Distributor and his sales staff to ensure pro-active and proper management over KPIs:
- Actual Sales vs. Sales Target
- Customer base vs. Weekly coverage %
- Portfolio mix improvement
- Create and execute commercial plans to grow key indicators
- Identify new market opportunities and distribution partnerships, recommend robust business proposals
- Own the Sales and Distribution KPI’s
- Influence sales staff and manage to lead them to a high performing team
- Managing market pricing and competition
- Monitor competitor activity in the marketplace
- Generate customer and consumer insights
Experience needed:
- 7+ years of experience in business & sales positions
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Administration, Marketing or related
- Ability to influence at a senior level
- English as second Language (Fluent) and Spanish (native).
- Think strategically and tactically as well
- Willingness to travel
- Strong motivation and ambition.
- Demonstrated ability in business analysis and decision making
- Strong computing, reporting and business presentation skills
The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales activity, strategy & relationships with key customers and maintain Distributor running properly the commercial operations with GPN brands in order to meet sales and financial targets.
