We are hiring a Sales Manager to the team! You will be responsible for developing a business strategy and plan to optimize the Performance Nutrition business for Mexico, executing the agreed plan and building the structure to deliver sustained growth:

 

  • Develop a commercial strategy that delivers against our ambitious growth plans
  • Develop, implement and drive a commercial routine with Distributors.
  • Pro-actively manage sales & distribution data
  • Develop/implement routine with Distributor and his sales staff to ensure pro-active and proper management over KPIs:
    • Actual Sales vs. Sales Target 
    • Customer base vs. Weekly coverage %
    • Portfolio mix improvement                                  
  • Create and execute commercial plans to grow key indicators               
  • Identify new market opportunities and distribution partnerships, recommend robust business proposals
  • Own the Sales and Distribution KPI’s
  • Influence sales staff and manage to lead them to a high performing team
  • Managing market pricing and competition
  • Monitor competitor activity in the marketplace
  • Generate customer and consumer insights

 

 

Experience needed:

  • 7+ years of experience in business & sales positions
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Administration, Marketing or related
  • Ability to influence at a senior level
  • English as second Language (Fluent) and Spanish (native).
  • Think strategically and tactically as well
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong motivation and ambition.
  • Demonstrated ability in business analysis and decision making 
  • Strong computing, reporting and business presentation skills

 

The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales activity, strategy & relationships with key customers and maintain Distributor running properly the commercial operations with GPN brands in order to meet sales and financial targets.
