Change Management Specialist


Glanbia have embarked on an exciting Global HR transformation journey encompassing strategy, processes, and technology to create a future ready and people centric organisation.


We have a requirement on our Project Team for a Change Management Specialist.  This is an 18 month FTC.  For now this role is remote (due to Covid 19), but will be primarily based in either Kilkenny (Project Office) or Dublin or any of our other Business locations across geographies.



• Key player in the Project Change plan
• Defines and leads the Change Network Approach (who is involved, how and when are they engaged)

• Inputs to the Communications Plan in partnership with the communications lead and manages its execution
• Building relationships with primary customers and stakeholders; appropriately managing stakeholder expectations and buy-in
• Cultivating relationships with primary customers and stakeholders; appropriately managing stakeholder expectations and buy-in
• Conducts and owns a stakeholder analysis and an impact assessment
• Supports the development and delivery of key workshops and governance meetings e.g. Leadership alignment workshop, steering groups, design workshops etc.
• Partners with the project leadership team to manage initiatives appropriately
• Develop ways to influence change and increase adoption
• Assesses change readiness and mitigates any risks in advance of go-lives
• Design change materials for the organization; shares with regional change leads for consistent use / deployment

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience of Change Management Principles / methodologies and tools
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to actively listen
• Ability to articulate messages across a variety of audiences
