Social Strategy and Content Manager North America

Reporting to the Head of Truly Grass Fed in Ireland, you will be based in Chicago but working closely with the US and Ireland team contributing to our growth strategy in North America.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Execute and manage Truly Grass Fed’s social strategy to drive brand awareness, grow followers across all platforms, and build community through meaningful engagement
  • Responsible for all content development and social posting across platforms as well as daily community management
  • Lead on influencer marketing partnership working with our PR agency in the US
  • Act as liaison with in-house teams as well as outside contacts PR/designers in support of original social content
  • Brainstorm influencers, personalities, and cultural practitioners for digital content across food, animal welfare, sustainability, lifestyle and health and wellness
  • Accountable for driving overall social media performance, including but not limited to social media followers, social media engagement, influencer marketing revenue lift, campaign performance, and owned and earned referral traffic to the Truly Grass Fed website
  • Track social performance by owning social media calendar and pipeline, reporting dashboards, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, and regular capture of social media data.
  • Partner with Ireland based Insights and Digital Media Team to deep dive into social media analytics to constantly optimize social media performance by building best practices on content, distribution, amplification, and influencer marketing
  • Stay on top of developments regarding social media platforms, both ones we currently use and ones that we are not actively on, identifying potential business and creative opportunities for new feature adoption, beta testing, strategic shifts, and special projects
  • Effectively influences, leads, and builds partnerships to communicate opportunities, learnings and recommendations with authority & credibility to key stakeholders including but not limited to senior management, distributors and agency teams
  • Exhibits a “never settle” attitude

 

 

Role Requirements

  • Minimum third level qualification in business or digital marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in either a brand or agency role
  • Experience in food or drinks industry a must
