Role Profile

The Ecommerce Product Executive will report to the eCommerce manager and assist the eCommerce Team updating the Product Catalogue including new uploads and maintenance of existing listings. They will be responsible for entering data relevant to each product to ensure that product is uploaded correctly to the website. They will focus on optimising product details to maximize conversion rate and minimize returns as well as supply the maximum amount of information to ensure clarity. The successful candidate must be customer oriented and have an interest in website management with an affinity towards optimising the customer experience. The ideal candidate will be focused, detail oriented and organised. No necessary experience required as training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely the Product Coordinator to maintain and update site catalogue
  • Maintaining site catalogue and uploading product details
  • Updating existing listings online
  • Write and edit product descriptions to optimise products online
  • Ensure product attributes including weights, dimensions, and relevant specifications are accurate at all times
  • Ensure accuracy material attributes for effective filtering


Key Requirements

  • Relevant work experience within eCommerce industry preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn internal systems
  • Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus but not essential
  • Strong command of English language, grammar, spelling, and usage
  • Must be able to achieve accurate and precise results on tasks and be results driven and have a sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail and ability to stay focused and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be flexible, resilient and open to change
  • Must be a self-starter with strong motivation and desire for continuous learning and improvement
