SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Business Analyst

A vacancy has arisen for the role of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Business Analyst at Glanbia Business Services. This is a permanent position reporting to the SAP Customer Engagement CoE Manager.

While likely to be initially working remotely due to current restrictions, the base location of the role will be Citywest, Dublin 24 OR Kilkenny, upon return to the workplace with a blended working arrangement available through our Smart working model which allows you a greater choice in how you work and live, giving you a better work-life balance.

If so, then we want to talk to you! At Glanbia Business Services (GBS), the Global IT and Finance Shared Services division of Glanbia, we currently have an opportunity for a CRM Business Analyst (Customer Experience Suite) to join our growing team.

 

Key elements of the role

  • Develop a career as a Business Analyst helping to drive the delivery of initiatives within the CRM functional areas utilizing primarily SAP’s Customer Experience Suite of products
  • Gain understanding of the Glanbia SAP processes, configuration and enhancement points in place across our various divisions and being able to help in the support of these.
  • In time help design, develop and deliver enhancements in the form of specific mini-projects and change requests.
  • Participate on multiple (and sometimes concurrent) implementation and continuous improvement projects, including:
    • Help definition of scope, based on workshops with business representatives and knowledge of existing core model.
    • Help the definition of blueprint and securing sign-off by relevant process representatives from the business.
    • Participate following appropriate training in build activities including configuration, investigation of enhancement points and definition of technical programming specifications etc.
    • Support build and test cycles, and support training content material preparation.
    • Help cut-over planning and execution and providing initial high-attention post-live support following appropriate training.
    • Help in the hand-over of design to application support team post project.
  • Develop relationships with Team members and GBS colleagues, and Key Users to help drive the effectiveness of the primarily SAP based Customer Experience suite solutions.
  • Help deliver value-added systems initiatives to drive business value.
  • Work with colleagues across a multi-disciplinary team to ensure timely implementations.
  • Provide progress report internally within the CoE Team.
  • Be compliant with Glanbia documentation standards.
  • Provide SAP Customer Experience suite expertise following suitable training and experience to respond to business requirements based on your experience, and to contribute pro-actively to continuous improvement to Glanbia’s Customer Engagement implementations.
  • Provide assistance to the Application Support team in the resolution of support calls escalated by them.
  • Some national and potentially international travel to project locations may in time be required as part of this role.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline eg Digital Marketing

 

Experience

  • Relevant work experience in Customer facing roles would be beneficial
  • Marketing experience particularly as it relates to digital marketing experience would be beneficial
  • Hands on experience of use of CRM and configuration of such systems would be beneficial
