The opportunity where you will make an impact:


With the continued focus of growing the Central European and Nordic markets this role is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Brand Manager to make a real impact across multiple markets. This position will focus on supporting the country growth plans by developing full funnel marketing assets and ensuring activation plans are implemented locally to maximize brand awareness.  The role provides an opportunity to work across the Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) portfolio of brands. This will require a strong project manager with a strong creative streak and an eye for detail with the ability to lead cross functionally to ensure smooth execution across markets. They will be the voice of the consumer in our business and be responsible for bringing our brand to life day to day internally and externally.


  • Leading central development of Nutramino social creation, working closely with the external creative agency Nordics team to ensure the Danish credentials
  • Working with the media agency to develop a Nutramino media strategy in line with market activities and annual brand plan.
  • Amplifying the Optimum Nutrition brand through our influencer platform, MAVRCK. Creating campaigns and supporting across markets to maximise campaign impact
  • Working closely with the innovation team to bring NPD to market. Developing NPD launches, using our agency partner to create launch toolkits and plan announcement media through digital channels
  • Develop trade marketing toolkits and assets to deliver creative excellence with local retailers. Tracking performance and continuously optimising to be best in category
  • Support CE Marketing Director and Marketing Manager by contributing to annual business planning process, proposing and quantifying penetration impact for different creative plans
  • Managing budget for key activities, supported by CE ABM


What you will bring to GPN:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG
  • Good attention to detail while managing multiple projects
  • Digitally focussed, and ideally a digital native to aid intuitive understanding of these channels
  • Strong ability to manage multiple agencies and create continuity in the agency support group
  • Enjoys taking the initiative to solve problems and find a better way
  • Passionate about the category and fitness is an advantage
