As e-Commerce Channel Manager you will manage e-Commerce Customers within the country while supporting parts of Spain Ecommerce business where necessary. The role will also develop and deliver our channel strategy.

 

Principal Accountabilities (not definitive)

  • Ownership of Key Customer Accounts within E-Commerce channel, including commercial responsibility for Amazon.
  • Full account P&L responsibility.
  • Develop, manage and deliver Joint Business Plans to achieve key objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Insights/Analytics, Media Agency, and customer marketing to align objectives and business plans for continued growth
  • Manage our performance marketing campaigns, digital product content and data attributes to maximize positive consumer experience
  • Enable trade marketing support for key online customers.
  • Work with and interpret market data, providing trend analysis with resulting effects on strategy/tactics.

Skills, Know How and experience

  • Fluent in French
  • Knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage
  • Ideal candidate will hold degree in business, marketing or similar.
  • Preferably has experience working with Amazon.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as being strong team player.
  • Strong track record of setting and achieving sales goals
  • Previous account management experience essential (including E-Commerce customers)
  • Thorough knowledge and experience of how to grow an online business in a similar business. 
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated & energetic
  • Passion for Sport / Health & Fitness with previous experience of Sports Nutrition being an advantage although not essential
  • Good understanding of digital, social media & web platforms.

 

Travel – up to 20% to Dublin offices and across France.
