This role will work closely with our wholesale NAM and Field team, building relationships with key customer depot managers, speaking to independent store owners, building in depot activations and displays whilst supporting the team with new customer setups. There will also be the scope to develop new business connections and manage these new accounts with full P&L ownership.  This is a compelling opportunity for either a territory sales manager, field sales executive or a current KAM, to grow their career in an exciting category, with significant scope for future growth

The opportunity where you will make an impact:

  • Lead and shape the wholesale channel strategy for the UK market with a particular focus on Booker and Bestway.
  • To build and develop new and existing business within the wholesale channel.
  • Work with category management to ensure GPN is seen as the go to supplier for the convenience channel in the UK.
  • Build strong relationships with key industry contacts.
  • Build out, cost and appropriate promotional and support plans by customer.
  • Work with customer and trade marketing to develop appropriate marketing support plans.
  • Work with demand forecasting, finance, customer service to ensure both internal and external needs are met.
  • Work closely with our field team to ensure the depot support is in place to drive our brands forward.

  • Excellent relationship builder, confident in building rapport with a wide range of new contacts.
  • Able to work in a very fast paced, high growth environment.
  • Able to collaborate across key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achievement in within a commercial environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a focus on results and the customer.



What you will bring to GPN:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales focused role.
  • Self- starter, highly motivated and ambitious.
  • Ability to plan effectively, but also think on their feet.
  • High energy, high creativity but ability to work through the basics.
  • Results orientated.
  • Ability to be out in trade, visiting customers and establishing relationships 3 days a week.
  • Interest in sport or health and fitness.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • UK Driving Licence.
