In 2019 Glanbia Ireland extended its international footprint across consumer brands into the US market with a new range of dairy products under the Truly Grass Fed natural brand from Ireland. Over the last 2 years we have seen strong growth as we roll out our butter and cheese products to all corners of the US.

 

We are now looking for an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketer to join our US based “start-up” team on the ground at a very exciting juncture in Truly Grass Fed’s evolution.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Truly Grass Fed in Ireland, you will be based in Chicago but working closely with the US and Ireland based team contributing to our growth strategy in North America.

 

Key Responsibilities;

 

  • Execute and manage Truly Grass Fed’s social and digital strategy to drive brand awareness, grow followers across all platforms, and build community through meaningful engagement
  • Take ownership of planning our total online spend and targeting key investment markets with an optimized approach
  • Responsible for all content development and social posting across platforms as well as daily community management
  • Lead on influencer marketing partnership working through various platforms
  • Act as liaison with in-house teams as well as outside contacts PR/designers in support of content
  • Accountable for driving overall digital media performance, including but not limited to followers, engagement, influencer marketing revenue lift, campaign performance, and owned and earned referral traffic to the Truly Grass Fed website
  • Own social media calendar and pipeline, reporting dashboards, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, and regular capture of social media data.
  • Responsible for all Digital media -- evaluation, onboarding, and flighting
  • Work with Category Development Manager on execution of Couponing and retailer support
  • Partner with Ireland based Insights and Digital Media Team to deep dive into social media analytics to constantly optimize social media performance and also on website management and optimizations
  • Responsible for KPI development and competitive benchmarking across all key measures
  • Stay on top of developments regarding social and digital media platforms, both ones we currently use and ones that we are not actively on, identifying potential business and creative opportunities for new feature adoption, beta testing, strategic shifts, and special projects
  • Effectively influences, leads, and builds partnerships to communicate opportunities, learnings and recommendations with authority & credibility to key stakeholders including but not limited to senior management, distributors and agency teams
  • Build productive relationships with Glanbia digital experts within Glanbia Ireland and the greater Glanbia Group
  • Exhibits a “never settle” attitude

 

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business, digital marketing or similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in either a brand or agency role
  • Experience in food or drinks industry a must
  • Strong project and vendor management capability
  • Good Google Analytics skills
