The Opportunity 
The role of the Commercial Graduate is to support the convenience channel across  Independent Convenience stores, Driving Forecourts and Cash & Carry Depots maximising sales and visibility of GPN brands.  You will also be responsible for working with all internal and external stakeholders to bring our sales and marketing plans to life across the Off-Premise Universe. This is a compelling opportunity for a Post Graduate looking to accelerate their career in an exciting category, with significant scope for future growth.

•    Account responsibility for Regional Wholesalers & Independent Impulse Retail customers within your territory.
•    Manage Mini Multiple Operating (MMO) groups and stores within your region, dealing with the key decision makers to achieve sales drivers in store.  
•    Building sales strategy alongside National Account Manager to increase sales and raise awareness across territory.
•    Drive sales fundamentals.
•    Identify and unlock new distribution opportunities.
•    Maximise Brand presence in trade.
•    Provide on-going feedback to Central Team to help evolve strategy.
•    Support key customers in the re-merchandising of planograms where required.
•    Sell in NPD and deliver against targeted distribution levels.
  
 The Skills you will bring to the team
•    Comfortable working autonomously and being out on the road 
•    Ability to overcome objections and close a sale there & then
•    Able to work independently and as part of a team
•    Strong time management and personal organisation skills
•    The ability to build relationships quickly & effectively
•    Full clean UK driving licence
•    Interest in and knowledge of sports and performance nutrition
•    Strong presentation and communication skills
•    Intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Attention to detail
•    FMCG experience is an advantage but not essential  
•    Energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to progress and build a career within the sports & performance nutrition category
•    The ability to sell, negotiate and close
•    Have multiple priorities without dropping any
•    Thrive in an environment of change and ambiguity
•    Willing to travel
