Job/Project Summary: Be a key contributor to the GPN team as an Sales Intern supporting our Walmart Team in Bentonville, AR 

Learning Objectives: 

• Gain an understanding about l how brands come to life within the Retail landscape 

• Exposure to the organization, learn the ways of working in the incredible health and wellness sales space, and being a key part of the team. 

• Explore and develop your analytical capabilities, presentation skills, story-telling, and strategic influencing.   

Expected Outcomes: 

• Intern team project and final project presentation 

• Strong Team collaboration 

• Active participation in intern activities 

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent): Job duties would include, but not be limited to: 

• Partner with the Walmart team around customer plans, assessment of data and consumption trends.  Learn and build new reporting and processes to elevate the teams capabilities. 

• Partnering with the sales team looking at Customer planning and overall analytics and reporting 

• Find, analyze, and share industry trends, keywords, and key influencers that enable GPN to be on the forefront of all nutrition and fitness trends and launch products with agility. 

• Explore and pilot opportunities for new business models and initiatives to explore new revenue streams. 

• Work / lead assigned group intern project that gets presented to the organization at the end of the internship. 

• Work / meet with cross functional departments to gather accurate information / data to complete team projects. 

• Professionally represent the company with consumers and customers. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree majoring in Business or related major  

• Experience building and maintain relationships within a team 

• Clear written communication and strong interpersonal skills 

• Self-starter and highly motivated 

• Ability to follow through on tasks with minimum direction 

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
