E-commerce Trade Marketing Manager

As E-commerce trade marketing manager of GPN China, you will lead to formulate trade marketing strategy of ON and BSN brand that can be implemented in both Domestic importation Ecommerce and Cross-border Ecommerce, by working together with brand marketing team and commercial sales team. Allocate marketing resources and budget for distributors and platforms with strategic and clear channel roles aligned with business objectives. Develop trade marketing plans and activities to support brand exposure and new acquisition on marketplace. Monitor and track trade marketing spending to ensure expected ROI and KPIs are met and in supportive to business goals.

 

The position:

 

  • Work with brand marketing team and commercial team to formulate Ecommerce trade marketing strategy in line with business objectives with clear strategic positioning of key customers and E-com platforms with clear channel roles both in Domestic importation online and cross-border channels
  • Work with commercial sales team to protect ON and BSN brand value in marketplace by close tracking on daily retail price
  • Allocate E-com trade marketing resources and budget to key customer and platform level to ensure the marketing support is in line with business objectives and cascade to commercial sales team to support sell-in and sell-out
  • Work out trade marketing promotion price guideline by E-com promotion campaign calendar of different layer and monitor the promotion activities with Commercial sales team on the execution in online marketplace
  • Translate and implement band above-the-line marketing campaigns to E-com trade channels in alignment with commercial team
  • Good knowledge on traffic logic in Alibaba as well as JD such as Public domain and Private domain, know-how and expert on up-to-date utilization of EC marketing tools like KOL live stream, content seeding, brand Data bank, on-target paid traffic, in-site search engine etc. to give direction of paid media strategy, tactics to flagship store operation team
  • Monitor the trade marketing on the path to purchase of E-commerce and ensure the aligned ROI and KPIs through the E-com trade investment are met and supportive to sell-out and sell-through
  • Support commercial team when key customer and platform visiting meetings in facilitating customer sell-in and lead marketing plans dedicated to trade customers

 

The Preferred Candidate: 

  • At least have 5 – 8 years of solid experience in managing trade marketing strategy and execution for both Domestic importation E-commerce and cross-border E-commerce in FMCG, general health nutrition or pharmaceutical company
  • Tracked working experience under Ecommerce team structure
  • B2C Consumer goods background preferable from Nutrition and General Health industry
  • Commercial knowledgeable, strategic thinking, logic-minded, data-based and fact-oriented
  • Good communication skills with presentable manner
  • Self-motivated, initiative, collaborative, passionate for sports ideally
  • Integrity, positive attitude, take the initiative, lead to the results
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Native Chinese with excellent written and spoken English
