The Opportunity 
Build on global marketing plan and execute in China
•    Develop, implement and drive China 3-year strategy planning and annual business planning for all marketing initiatives including brand campaigns & activations, media plan (traditional, digital, social, e-comm), new product launches, athlete sponsorships, loyalty building programs, events, and retailer marketing programs etc.
•    Be the critical bridge between HQ Brand Marketing and the local market. Customize and prioritize marketing strategic plan for Greater China supporting the global market strategies while aligning with the global brand positioning.
•    Lead the consumer understanding and develop consumer-centric strategy and tactics to drive brand growth.


Support trade and drive execution
•    Initiate and execute the marketing plan in Greater China to help customers and retailers reach and educate more consumers about the GPN range of products and matching marketing goals to the right products.
•    Deploy and execute global toolboxes to drive category affinity, brand awareness and purchasing intention, e.g. build internet (including e-commerce) and social media platforms.
•    Working with the sales team in developing and executing customer specific trade promotion and activation plans to the maximum efficiency and impact.
•    Establish an innovation and regulatory platform to support localized manufacturing and product customization based on consumer insight matched with regulatory requirements.


Brand Tracking and Measurement
•    Gain market and consumer insights to develop marketing and competitor intelligence to support and drive the innovation and strategy programs.
•    Manage the marketing budget across Greater China allocating key spends to best ROI opportunities.
•    Develop business case analysis support for marketing spends/projects outside of budget spends.
•    Manage tracking and reporting on the metrics on a monthly basis to management team.


Supervisory Responsibilities 

•    Coaching and providing clear direction to subordinates on individual development plans.
•    Leading and driving the team in the delivery of global and localized strategic marketing plan and oversee the operational requirements.

 The Skills you will bring to the team
•    7-10 years’ experience in a lead/management marketing role preferably within FMCG categories or consultancy environment specializing in FMCG
•    Understanding of the dedicated sports lifestyle and a strong passion for building nutritional products that support this sector
•    Strong demonstrated experience in brand strategy, brand communication, innovation, digital and trade marketing, and social media within a Chinese context
•    Experience developing and implementing aligned consumer insights to brand strategy
•    A demonstrated leader experienced in driving and managing a dynamic and creative
•    Active participation in sports activities and a real passion for sports and/or fitness
•    Digital Marketing Core Competencies; Content Marketing, Social Media, Ecommerce, Digital Advertising & Analytics
•    Experience in developing and executing GTM processes and toolboxes to drive category affinity, brand awareness and purchasing intention
•    Solid track record in driving channel specific programs, brand management and portfolio expansion
•    Excellent communication skills and good customer-service attitude
•    Great command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
