The opportunity where you will make an impact:

The Brand Manager will be responsible for the creation and execution of the brand’s integrated offline, online marketing strategies and tasked with driving demand through various channels on a regional basis. Responsible for the coordination of marketing programs planned for the Glanbia Performance Nutrition brands, Optimum Nutrition, Isopure and BSN, in SEA ensuring smooth and successful execution.

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategy for end to end marketing programs that drive awareness, education, social engagement and ultimately demand for the product/ brand
  • Lead integrated strategy, planning, execution, optimization, analysis and reporting across all marketing programs and channels for existing and new product launches (roll out)
  • Strong understanding of target audience and brand needs for success in driving customer recruitment and retention (target consumers)
  • Create and manage marketing KPIs metrics to support commercial teams in achieving business goals (KPI)
  • Develop campaigns and content strategy using both tradition and digital platforms to segment and target prospects and customers.
  • Report out results to the team on marketing performance and continually optimize creative work, channels, messaging, call to actions and spend for maximum ROI (Post evaluation)
  • Working with BTL, PR, social media platforms to ensure timely execution of projects / information
  • Lead in planning and managing the sponsored teams and athletes,
  • Partner with regional sales, route to market and e commerce team to devise key customer activations.

 

What you will bring to GPN:

  • Strong business acumen is required when planning for sponsorship, partnership and cross marketing deals
  • Digitally savvy to identify marketing trends relevant to brand and target audience with innovative ideas to integrate
  • Strong in event planning, coordination and execution with a good eye for creative execution
  • Fluent in both spoken & written English & Chinese/Malay
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Ability to work up timelines for projects and ensuring on time delivery
  • Ability to systematically coordinate projects with good sense of priority setting.
  • Is persistent and resilient in the pursuit of objectives, willing to take on new challenges and works to resolve issues
  • Results oriented with high level of initiative.
  • Ability to analyse market trends, internal sales data and work within budget guidelines
  • Good cross functional team building skills.
  • Good understanding of how to work within brand guidelines
  • Highly adept with Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter)
  • Degree qualified in Marketing or similar discipline
  • Ideally, 3 - 4 years brand management/trade or customer marketing experience in FMCG/retail/consumer focused industries
  • Brand positioning, segmentation, retail and trade negotiations experience
  • Trade marketing and merchandising experience
  • Experience managing external agencies
  • Experience in customer/consumer insights
