 Glanbia Performance Nutrition is looking for a highly energetic, organized and experienced HR Business Partner to join our Singapore office in this newly created role! Due to rapid expansion of our global business, we are looking for a HR professional with the ability to partner and support our Asian team, effectively managing all facets of the HR function in a dynamic and fast growing organization. This is a greenfields role where you can bring your expertise in Talent Management, Development and Leadership to the to support Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea and further growth areas

About You :

-  You are a seasoned Senior HR professional with experitse in people development, talent management and performance coaching.

- You will be a talented and innovative HR generalist with extensive experience in the ownership and management of talent acquisition, training and development, performance and talent management, coaching and developing the team, payroll and compliance, as well as the ability to work in collaboration with the ASPAC HR Manager to create in-country and regional succession pipelines, leadership development, and the building of OD initiatives and organizational capability across the region. 
- You will have 5-7 years of experience at the HR Generalist level, preferably within a global MNC organization. You will be educated to degree/MBA level in business and Human Resource Management, and have an excellent understanding of the nuances of Human Resource Management across Asia with a proven track record of operating and delivering HR excellence in a high growth business. 

Responsibilities :

- Partnering the Regional Director in advising on people issues and challenges

 

- Coaching Country Managers and Senior leaders providing feedback, guiding performance, determining structure and building capability

 

- Responsible for end to end Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) - documentation, on boarding, induction, and exit formalities.

- Accountability for Statutory Compliance and managing documentation formalities including assisting the Finance Manager with Internal Audits

- Manage the probation, performance and talent management processes

- Responsible for the development, management and maintenance of in country handbook, policies and Employee Relations as well as delivery of Glanbia group's HR policies developing robust internal communication systems

- Manage Training and Development activities and assisting in the management of employee programs for succession planning and career development

- Payroll and compliance management, including remuneration reviews and oversight of the company entitlements and benefits in all countries 

- Supporting and helping drive employee engagement discussions and initiatives

- Being an active member of GPN ASPAC and Global HR Teams connecting in for support and leveraging existing processes and materials as appropriate.

- Support and develop HR systems and practices that assist the growth and development of the businesses

Knowledge, Skills and Education :

- 5 years plus experience at HR Generalist level, preferably within a global MNC organisation in FMCG, CPG

- Educated to degree/MBA level in business and HRM

- Highly competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have had previous experience preparing PowerPoint presentations

- Good knowledge of Indian employment legislation and labour relations including payroll management

- Comfortable with ambiguity and degree of autonomy within a matrix organisation structure

- Maturity and ability and interest to navigate through varied employment regulations and challenges

- The ability to assess and deliver HR initiatives

- Good analytical and problem solving skills with strong commercial nous

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to communicate and present across different cultures 

- Strong leadership behaviours, management and people skills with high team orientation

- A high level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy 

- The flexibility and willingness to learn with great adaptability whilst being comfortable working unsupervised and also being the team 'glue'!
