About half of the overall GPN turnover will come from the International division which encompasses the EMEA and ASPAC regions. The growth will come from a combination of organic sales growth, strategic acquisitions and expansion of market presence within specific geographies. With this growth rate comes significant and rapid change, both organizationally and strategically.

The opportunity where you will make an impact:

This role is initially a 12 month fixed term contract for an experienced professional Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about recruiting and assessing key talent in anorganisation which is growing and continually expanding to service to customers whose lifestyles are driven by wellbeing, health and performance.

Specifically, we are seeking an experienced TA Partner who can help deliver an exceptional pipeline of talent across the International business with a key focus on the ASPAC region.  You will be a key member of the International TA team:

  • Be responsible for the full recruitment process cycle from initial role briefing through to offer stage
  • Build strong partnerships with the business areas you support and candidates to drive client and candidate satisfaction
  • Work with the rest of the team to drive strong recruitment strategies to ensure you have a strong pipeline of talent, with a focus on diversity within the shortlist
  • Utilise all available direct sourcing tools and technology to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline
  • Communicate effectively with the hiring managers and the wider HR team to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks

Your Experience

  • Experience in a full cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing, and offering candidates, either in an in-house, agency or RPO environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within the organisation
  • Strong organisation skills, and the ability to delegate, where applicable, certain aspects of the recruitment process i.e. interview scheduling and sourcing
  • Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritise different needs and plans to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders and responsibilities
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • FMCG experience is advantageous but not essential
