What will you be doing

Through the Pure Ambition Graduate Programme, you’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact every day. We offer an engaging and immersive experience-driven development journey where you’ll learn and develop not just the skills required for today’s roles, but the skills required for today’s roles and tomorrow’s roles. 


Our Software Development team ‘makes tomorrow happen’ by helping to digitise Glanbia to drive new value. The team is made up of 15 people developing intuitive software that exceeds our customers’ requirements across diverse areas including the SAP Hybris E-Commerce platform, Neptune App development, Integration, Workflow and in SAP modules SCM, FI/CO, MM, PP, PM, QM, WM.


Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment where the focus is on continuous improvement and the challenge to make it better, you’ll be responsible for:

  • E-Commerce web programming on our SAP Hybris System
  • Multi-disciplinary project teams on Glanbia systems implementation projects including code development, unit testing, issue resolution and post-live support
  • Developing programming skills through external / internal courses and research
  • Liaising with internal functional analysts to develop business solutions
  • Design implementation and validation of enhancements to ensure these meet design specifications
  • Research and Development in emerging technologies

  • High academic record to date in the following fields of study: Computer Science/Engineering, Software Development or related discipline; and expected minimum of a 2.1 honours primary degree

  • Thinks commercially and delivers customer centric solutions
